Hook in 2 Hockey

HookIn2Hockey 2024 will look a slightly different this year. It will remain non-club based and groups will be organised based on age and ability.

A training session will be run on Monday afternoons from 4:30pm-5:15pm with a free BBQ following.

Saturday Morning is Game Day! Time TBC. This 45minute session will see Kids aged approximately 7-10 (or highly skilled under7 years old) have a 10minute warm up then play 2 x 15minute games. They will then come together as a group for a 5minute recap of the mornings games. Teams will be decided on the day of or if registrations are high enough will be organised into teams prior. These teams will change throughout the year. Each team will be allocated a coach for the day or duration of time that team remains together.

During this 45min session, kids under the age of 7 (or new to hockey) will play modified games such as rob the nest, hoctopus, farmer sam and fruit salad etc.
