Attention all HCC Masters Players

We are now seeking Expressions of Interest for Term 1, 2026 Masters 5s or a 9s Full Field option. (Numbers Dependant)
After a successful “Come ’n’ Try” 6-week program, we’re excited to build this into a bigger, stronger, and more structured competition for 2026.

Our goal for next year is to run:

• Men’s Division 1 – 4 teams

• Men’s Division 2 – 4 teams

• Women’s Masters – 4 teams

As many of you saw during the Masters Cup game, our sponsored shirts were a great showcase of what we’d like for all teams moving forward. We are looking to shift towards sponsored teams rather than club-based teams, so if you have a business or know someone who may be interested in sponsoring a team (including branded shirts), please reach out to me.

To make the competition more structured and organised, there will be a few roles required to share the workload and ensure smooth delivery. Some of these roles will include:

• Competition/Duty Draw Coordinator

• Results & Ladder Coordinator

• Equipment & Setup Support

• Team Managers (for each team)

If you are willing to assist in any capacity, please let us know — many hands make light work.

Competition Day:
We are proposing either Thursday or Friday, with the final decision to be put forward to the Board.

Please get your EOIs in as soon as possible so we can begin planning team structures, roles, and competition formats.
