Terms Of Registration

By purchasing a ticket to the Hockey Coffs Coast Senior Presentation Night, you agree to the following:

Tickets are $65 per person and include entry to the event and a two-course meal.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Please provide any dietary requirements during registration. Hockey Coffs Coast and the venue will make reasonable efforts to accommodate notified requirements but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Junior attendees must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout the event.
Attendees must comply with the rules and responsible service of alcohol requirements of C.ex Coffs Harbour. Alcohol will only be served to attendees aged 18 years or over with valid identification.
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee. Hockey Coffs Coast must be advised of any name or dietary-requirement changes before the event.
If you can no longer attend, please contact Hockey Coffs Coast as soon as possible. Refund requests will be considered subject to catering commitments and the circumstances of the cancellation.
If the event is cancelled by Hockey Coffs Coast, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket holders will be advised of the available options.
Photographs and video may be taken during the event and used by Hockey Coffs Coast for promotional and reporting purposes. Please advise an event organiser if you do not wish to be photographed.
Hockey Coffs Coast expects all attendees to behave respectfully. Anyone engaging in unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave the event.
